Abstract
This Ministerial Decision, consisting of 16 articles, approves the concession for mining rights in favour of the Agricultural and Livestock Cooperative named Cachingi, SCRL, for semi-industrial diamond mining exploitation in the Municipality of Cacuso, Malanje Province. It establishes the extension of this concession in 60 Km2 and regulates the association to third parties, programmes and reports of such activity, the cooperative integration, being the National Directorate for Mining Licensing and Registration authorized to issue the corresponding mining title.
