This Ministerial Decision, consisting of 10 articles, approves the granting of mining rights in favor of ARARTE Company - Engineering, Construction and Limited Public Works for the exploitation of gray granite. It establishes in Caraculo District, within the Municipality of Bibala, Namibe Province, a 100 hectares area concession, including the association regime, programme and activity reports and mining licensing.
