Abstract
This Ministerial Decision, consisting of three articles, creates the Committee for Mining Short and Long Term Strategy (CAPE). It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Committee, entitled to: follow-up, monitoring and controlling the development of activities related to mining strategy, as well as contributing to the good development of works already carried out.
