Order No. 112/96 on fishing enterprises’ registry.

This Order, composed of eight articles and one Annex, institutes and regulates the registry for fishing enterprises. All enterprises related to capture, processing and commercialization of fishing resources are compelled to register at the Provincial Delegations of the Ministry for Fisheries. The Order defines the registration procedure and the competent authorities for registration and monitoring purposes. The Annex provides the template of the registration form.
