Order No. 51/73 of 25 January 1973 regulating non-associative industrial fishing.

This Order regulates industrial fishing (other than artisanal and traditional fishing) and prescribes the requirements to be satisfied by fishing vessels in the Territorial Sea of Angola. Safety requirements for fishing vessels are spelled out in articles 7-9, defining their standard conditions. It also establishes fishing methods, mesh size, fish and crustacean species, season, size, etc. This Order also includes fishing zones and harbours, in which the landing and the sale of fish products is permitted.
