Abstract
This Presidential Decision, consisting of 5 articles, approves the contract for the development of the National Action Plan for the Energy Security Strategy. This Strategy has a total amount of 1.493.164.200,00 Kwanzas, and authorizes the Ministry of Energy and Waters to celebrate the above mentioned contract with the enterprise ACCENTURE BRANCH HOLDINGS B.V. — Agency of Angola.
