Abstract
The purpose of this Cooperation Protocol is to establish and strengthen bilateral relations in the field of agriculture between the Parties. The competent authorities of the Parties are considered: a) The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Angola; and b) The Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Zambia. This Cooperation Protocol applies in full respect of the laws and regulations in force in the respective Countries. The Parties agree to cooperate, through the competent authorities, in the following areas: Agricultural production; Seeds and Oleaginous seeds production; Training and technical capacity building; Plant protection and quarantine; Agricultural processing technologies; Reinforcement of business cooperation between the Parties for the implementation of projects in the fields of agro-livestock, agro-tourism and agro-industry; Research in the fields of agriculture and livestock, tourism and agro-industry; Animal health and control of transboundary diseases (PPCB); etc.

Entry into force notes
This Cooperation Protocol will enter into force on the date of receipt of the last written notification of compliance with the internal legal procedures required by the Parties.
