Abstract
The purpose of this Cooperation Protocol is to strengthen the scope and sources of cooperation in the field of Local Administration between the two States. With this Cooperation Protocol, the Parties intend to develop concrete actions and projects in the field of Local Administration. The cooperation will take place in the following areas: a) Technical and professional training and capacity building; b) Institutional cooperation. The Signatories may decide to develop cooperation in other areas of interest, within the scope of this Cooperation Protocol.
