Presidential Decree No. 111/21 amending Presidential Decree No. 316/19 regulating Law No. 11/19 on Public-Private Partnerships.

This Presidential Decree amends Presidential Decree No. 316/19 regulating Law No. 11/19 on Public-Private Partnerships. Amendments deal with aspects concerning the composition, the head of the Ministerial Department responsible for the Public-Private Partnerships Project Area as a part of the OGP, and the Public-Private Partnerships process which can be with the participation of the sector private initiative. In addition, they deal with reimbursement to the private entity for the costs of the Technical, Economic, Social, Financial and Environmental Feasibility Studies and the contracts that may be accepted. Public investment project contracts in the terms of the Public Contracts Law, whose execution has been suspended for reasons of financial restriction of the contracting public entity.
