Presidential Decree No. 111/21 amending the Regulation of the Law on Public-Private Partnerships.

This Presidential Decree amends the Regulation of the Law on Public-Private Partnerships, approved by Presidential Decree No. 316/19 of 28 October Amendments deal with matters concerning the composition, regulating the head of the Ministerial Department responsible for the Public-Private Partnerships Project Area integrates the OGP and the process of Public-Private Partnerships, which may be with the participation of the private sector. In addition, it regulates the private initiative procedure, the reimbursement to the private entity for the costs of the Technical Feasibility Studies, Economic, Social, Financial and Environmental and on the alteration of contracts, contracts for public investment projects, concluded under the terms of the Public Contracts Law, whose execution has been suspended for reasons of financial restriction of the contracting public entity, may be admitted.
