Presidential Decree No. 127/23 approving the Regulatory Information on Water and Wastewater Sanitation Subsector.

This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation on the Regulatory Information on Water and Wastewater Sanitation Subsector. In particular, it establishes the regime for providing regulatory information to which the Management Entities are subject, and establishes the rules and procedures for reporting, respective deadlines, processing, disclosure and treatment of information. The Regulation applies throughout the national territory to the following stakeholders in the Water and Wastewater Sanitation Subsector: a) Management Entities responsible for public water supply and wastewater sanitation systems; b) Water producers, responsible for selling water to public systems.
