Presidential Decree No. 127/25 approving the Statute of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MINJUD). Its mission is to propose, conduct, execute, and evaluate state policies for youth and sports. MINJUD has the following responsibilities in the area of youth: develop, propose and implement state policy for youth; ensure inter-sectoral coordination in the implementation of plans, programmes, projects and initiatives; study and propose sectoral initiatives with a view to solving the major problems, concerns and prospects of youth; propose the approval of legal instruments; promote and stimulate the development of youth associations as a way of ensuring better participation and integration of young people in society, with a view to guaranteeing their comprehensive education; contribute to the promotion of the country's culture, arts and tourist image through participation in international youth activities; promote public policies for environmental conservation in youth activities; promote, together with the relevant sectors, the implementation of housing, vocational training and employment policies aimed at young people, etc.
