Presidential Decree No. 128/23 approving the Service Quality Regulation of the Public Water Supply and Wastewater Sanitation Subsector.

This Presidential Decree approves the Service Quality Regulation of the Public Water Supply and Wastewater Sanitation Subsector. The purpose of this Regulation is to establish the minimum levels of quality that must comply with the services provided in the Public Water Supply and Wastewater Sanitation Subsector, as well as the compensation due in case of non-compliance. The Regulation applies throughout the national territory to the following stakeholders in the Water and Wastewater Sanitation Subsector: a) Management Entities responsible for public water supply and wastewater sanitation systems; b) Consumers and customers.
