Presidential Decree No. 129/23 approving the Regulation of Commercial Relations of Public Water Supply and Wastewater Sanitation Services.

This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation governing the commercial relationship between the various players in the Public Water Supply and Wastewater Sanitation Services regulated by the Regulatory Entity of the Water and Wastewater Sanitation Subsector. This Regulation applies throughout the national territory to the following stakeholders in the Water and Wastewater Sanitation Subsector: a) Management Entities responsible for public water supply and wastewater sanitation systems; b) Water producers, responsible for selling water to public systems; c) Entities responsible for mobile supply, namely distribution of water by tank trucks, fountains and standpipes; d) Entities responsible for the distribution of water in rural systems; e) Consumers and customers.
