Presidential Decree No. 131/23 approving the allocation of the Gasoline Subsidy for agricultural and fishing production, and for intermunicipal, inter-urban and urban passenger transport.

This Presidential Decree approves the allocation of the Gasoline Subsidy for agricultural and fishing production, and for intermunicipal, inter-urban and urban passenger transport. The subsidy applies, throughout the national territory, to family agro-pastoral and artisanal fishing activities, and to collective urban passenger transport services with light and heavy vehicles and motorcycles, through a discount on consumer cards made available by each provider company, and whose implementation will be the subject of a Joint Executive Decree of the Ministers of Finance, Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas, Transport, Fisheries and Marine Resources and Agriculture and Forestry. Economic agents who carry out, primarily, a family agricultural or artisanal fishing activity, can benefit from the gasoline subsidy, if duly registered and licensed for the above mentioned production and qualified by the competent administrative authorities.
