Abstract
This Presidential Decree, consisting of 11 articles, creates the National Coordination Committee aimed to the Implementation of the National Action Programme to Combat Desertification (CNC-PANCOD). The Committee is a multi-sectoral and inter-ministerial body, coordinated by the Minister for the Environment, who is responsible for coordinating Angola's efforts in the application of the United Nations Convention on Combating Desertification.
