Presidential Decree No. 152/11 approving the Statute for the Management Cabinet of the Touristic Development Centre of Futungo de Belas.

This Presidential Decree, approves the Statute of the Management Cabinet for the Touristic Development Centre of Futungo de Belas. This Statute, consisting of 4 Chapters and 2 Tables, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Management Cabinet, entitled to: submit to the competent authorities the touristic development plans (including urbanization and land use planning of the Centre); take care about the legal aspects related to the Centre; delimit and organize bath beaches, sport fishing zones and other aquatic sports; regulate new urbanization areas and fix their characteristics; install public parks, camping and other recreational areas; investigate and propose the creation of attractive areas; promote the building of touristic facilities including docks and other water infrastructures; promote hotel, restaurants and other activities to be performed within this area, etc.
