Abstract
This Presidential Decree, consisting of 4 articles, authorizes the Ministry of Geology, Mines and Industry, assisted by the National Concessionaire to issue mining rights related to Project LUAXE and to define the calendar and the specific rules to implement the above mentioned mining rights, according to Mining Code, approved by Law No. 30/11. It will take into consideration the geological and mining potential of the Kimberlitic Project, so called LUAXE, located in the Province of Lunda-Sul, Municipality of Saurimo, and will participate through the ENDIAMA-E.P., National Concessionaire for Diamonds.
