Presidential Decree No. 154/20 approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of the Republic of Angola and the Hungarian Ministry of Agriculture, in the Field of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Industry.

This Memorandum of Understanding applies in full respect of national legislation and regulations in force in the respective Countries. The Parties intend to contribute to the realization of cooperation in the following areas: a) Animal health, control of transboundary diseases and epidemiological surveillance and phytosanitary measures; b) Promotion of partnerships between entrepreneurs from both countries; e) Training and technical qualification of the sector's staff; d) Forests; e) Beekeeping; j) Animal production, genetic improvement and artificial insemination and technological processing; g) Scientific research in the field of agronomic subjects, especially in the areas of: Seed production; Hunting management; Silviculture and agroforestry; h) Exchange of information, experience and knowledge in the following areas of agriculture: Agricultural production (food plants and forage plants, cereals, vegetables and fruits); Fisheries and agriculture; i) Assessment of bilateral trade opportunities in Agriculture Areas, especially for: Frozen and semi-processed fruits and vegetables; Processed food products; Extracts, concentrates, dried products, j) Mutual organization of common commercial forums to strengthen agricultural trade relations, etc.
