Abstract
This Presidential Decree With the aim of creating an inter-institutional environment that enables the materialization and capitalization of legislative solutions and administrative measures that address the various aspects of the corruption phenomenon in the Angolan legal system. The following general objectives are defined to be pursued through the implementation of ENAPREC: become a reference instrument in the prevention, detection and repression of corruption and related crime, with a view to strengthening citizens' trust in public institutions and the adoption of good practices in the public and private sectors; recognise the need to mitigate the impact of corruption; reinforce the policies defined by the Executive within the scope of the prevention, detection and repression of corruption; promote a culture of transparency, integrity, good governance and accountability, with a view to the country's socio-economic development; promote a culture of zero tolerance for any act of corruption and related offences.
