Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Social Action, Family and Women Promotion of the Republic of Angola (MASFAMU) and the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of the Republic of Cuba (MTSS), with the aim of exchanging experiences on training of personnel through training of trainers, in the field of shelter houses and guidance oriented to women and families, vocational training for women, support for children with disabilities, support for the elderly, municipal social assistance services, etc. The cooperation also regulates administrative issues, the responsibility and charges of the Parties, the creation of a joint committee, etc.
