Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the Long-Term Development Strategy - Angola 2050 (ELP-2050). ELP-2050 is a central instrument of the National Planning System dealing with the vision, goals and priorities around the following axes: Education, Science and Innovation, Health, Culture, Sports, Energy, Telecommunications and information technologies, Transport including the civil and land aviation subsectors, railway and road sectors, as well as the maritime and port subsector, Housing, Mineral resources, Agriculture and livestock, Fisheries, Industry, Commerce, Tourism, Oil, gas and biofuels, Financing the economy, Business Environment, Water resources, Environment, Forestry, Social protection, Gender equality, Media, State Reform, Justice, National Security System, Foreign Policy and Territorial Development.
