Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation for the Exercise of the Activity of Preparation of Territorial and Urban Planning Instruments. It regulates the conditions for exercising the activity related to the elaboration of Territorial and Urban Planning Instruments. It applies to all natural or legal persons governed by private law, established in national territory, who draw up these instruments, which regulates access to the activity, namely licensing, requirements and types of licenses, the fees, the sanctioning regime and the supervision.
