Presidential Decree No. 20/16 authorising the imports of horse mackerel in exemption from customs duties.

This Presidential Decree, consisting of 10 articles, authorises the imports of horse mackerel in exemption from customs duties, provided for in the Customs Tariff of Import and Export Rights, approved by Presidential Legislative Decree No. 10/13 of 22 November. Mackerel quota to be imported in the year 2016 is fixed at 90,000 tons of a size larger than 18cm, being prohibited undersized horse mackerel landing and commercialization. The import must be made from 1 January until 31 December 2016 and landing must be made by 31 January 2017. Outside this period mackerel landing is not permitted.
