Abstract
This Presidential Decree, consisting of 17 articles, divided into four Chapters and one Annex, approves the National Road Plan of Angola (PRA). The National Road Plan, is a sectorial territorial planning instrument that regulates the National Road Network, its administrative classification and the management and planning of roadways and develops throughout the entire territorial extension of the country. It specifies the linking provincial capitals with each other, as well as municipal and communal areas, and other locations, such as: agricultural and industrial centers, airports, ports and border posts regulating tolls.
