Presidential Decree No. 22/26 approving the Regulation of the Coordinated Border Management Committee.

This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation of the Coordinated Border Management Committee. The Regulation establishes the rules for the organisation and functioning of the Coordinated Border Management Committee (CGCF), aimed to promote institutional and operational coordination between the competent bodies at the border, facilitating trade, strengthening the prevention, suppression and combating of border infringements, ensuring the maximisation of revenue collection, the protection of society and the strengthening of internal security. It applies to all competent entities involved in land, sea, air, river and lake borders, responsible for migration, customs, health, phytosanitary, police and other missions.
