Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the amendment to article 3 of the National Development Fund Regulation, approved by Presidential Decree No. 156/16 and dealing with administrative and legal proceedings. In particular it establishes to transfer funds to the National Treasury, to finance development programmes, upon request from the Ministry of Finance.
