Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the Agreement on the creation of the Cooperation Commission between the Government of the Republic of Angola and the Government of the Republic of Rwanda, done on 15 May 2014. The Agreement aims to perform the following activities: promote the expansion of bilateral cooperation between the two countries, based on the principles of equality, to seek ways and means to promote and increase the power of attorney between the parties in the fields of security, justice, energy, agriculture, exchange of experience, tourism, medical services and other viable areas of cooperation. It also regulates the establishment of the Joint Cooperation Commission and its structure.
