Presidential Decree No. 253/25: Establishes the Sustainability Indicator for the Mandatory Social Protection System, the minimum and maximum limits for pensions, and the mandatory electronic declaration of remuneration relating to the legal guarantee period for Benefit Applications.

This Presidential Decree establishes the Sustainability Indicator for the Mandatory Social Protection System, the minimum and maximum limits for pensions, and the mandatory electronic declaration of remuneration relating to the legal guarantee period for Benefit Applications. Furthermore, it establishes that, as an Indicator for the purposes of updating the values of the increase in expenditure, the latter, simultaneously, depending on the update provided for in this Decree, shall not exceed, in relation to overall expenditure, the percentage of positive operating results for 2024 (43.2%) and shall not exceed, in any case, 66% of the operating surplus for 2024.
