Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation of the Urban Development Plan of Sequele the Province of Luanda (in the Annex). The above mentioned Urban Plan Regulation (PUCC), consisting of 7 Chapters, establishes the municipal urban land and territorial use planning and regulates all the interventions related to spatial organization and general conditions for building within the urban area of Sequele. The PUCC aims at fixing the standards and global parameters for the intervention area (AI) and limits its partial urban area.
