Presidential Decree No. 28/15 approving management measures for Marine and Inland Fisheries, and Aquaculture for the year 2015.

This Presidential Decree, consisting of 27 articles, approves management measures for Marine and Inland Fisheries, and Aquaculture for the year 2015. These Measures, consisting of 27 articles, are mainly aimed at adjusting the capacity of catches to the available potential of aquatic biological resources and aquaculture, regulating the monitoring and use of Continuous Monitoring Equipment (EMC) and GPS, prohibited seasons, authorised mesh size by fishing gear, catches, biological sampling, the obligation to report statistical information, the catch quota limits for the year 2015, total allowable catch, fishing effort limit, vessels substitution regime, reserved and fishing areas, prohibitions, percentage of catches, weight and minimum sizes, compliance with maritime safety standards, management of seals, continental artisanal fisheries, aquaculture, transshipments of fish and fishing without concession of fishing rights.
