Presidential Decree No. 29/11 creating and approving the Statute of the Electric Centres GAMEK—E.P.

This Presidential Decree creates and approves the Statute of the Electric Centres GAMEK—E.P. This Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes composition, duties, functioning and responsibilities of the above mentioned Society, entitled to manage the financial sector and the workers’ regime, and aims at exploring any activity related to electric energy production, carrying out research, promoting, conceiving and building hydropower electric generation centres, according to existing National legislation.
