Presidential Decree No. 30/11 creating and approving the Statute of the Society for Electric Operations and Centres SOCEL—E.P.

This Presidential Decree creates and approves the Statute of the Society for Electric Operations and Centres SOCEL—E.P. This Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes composition, duties, functioning and responsibilities of the above mentioned Society, entitled to manage the financial sector and the workers’ regime, and aims at exploring, in public service regime, any activity related to electric energy production, according to terms and conditions of respective concession or licence.
