Presidential Decree No. 313/19 approving the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Angola and the Government of the French Republic, in the field of Agriculture.

This Presidential Decree approves the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Angola and the Government of the French Republic, in the field of Agriculture and in the areas of agricultural research, agricultural development, veterinary medicine, agroecology, commercialization and valorization of grains. The purpose of this Agreement is to establish and strengthen bilateral relations in the agriculture domain between the two countries. In compliance with the respective national enforced legislation of the Parties, and their respective international commitments, the Parties agree to cooperate, through the competent authorities, in the following areas: a) Agronomic and Veterinary Research; b) Agricultural Development; c) Commerce and Valorization of Grains (cereals, legumes and oilseeds); d) Milling and Bakery Industry; e) Seeds; f) Veterinary Services; g) Animal Feed; h) Creation and Production of Meat (poultry, beef, pork); i) Coffee, Cocoa and Palm; j) Sustainable Forest Management; k) Agricultural Hydraulics, Rural Engineering, Pastoral Hydro and Natural Resources Management; l) Hydro-agricultural Infrastructure Management; m) Management of Land Property; n) Soil Carbon Storage; o) Agro-Ecology; p) Staff Training and Technical Training; q) Food, Sanitary and Phytosanitary Themes; r) Strengthening of Agricultural Statistics; s) Dairy products.
