Presidential Decree No. 318/20 approving the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Angola and the Government of the State of Qatar, in the field of Maritime Transport.

This Presidential Decree approves the bilateral Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Angola and the Government of the State of Qatar, in the field of Maritime Transport, In particular, the Agreement regulates freedom of navigation and traffic non-discrimination, measures to facilitate maritime transport, equal treatment of vessels, commercial activities, taxation, crew and onboard travel documents, port entry, transit and accommodation, conflict resolution, etc.
