Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the Strategic Action Programme (SAP) for Development and Sustainable Management of the Cubango-Okavango River. This Programme, consisting of four sections, aims at promoting and strengthening its integrated and sustainable management and its development at national and trans-national level, in accordance with internationally agreed best practices to protect biodiversity and improve livelihoods of communities and the development of states of the water Basin.
