Presidential Decree No. 36/12 approving the Regulation on Negotiation Committees for Mining Activity Concessions (CNCM).

This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation on Negotiation Committees for Mining Activity Concessions (CNCM). This Regulation, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes composition and duties of the above mentioned institution and aims at regulating the negotiating committees for concessions of mining activity, which will be issued by the Ministry of Geology, Mining and Industry, entitled to perform negotiations for the mining rights. This Regulation is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Organization of the Committee (Chap. II); Committee functions (Chap. III); Final provisions (Chap. IV).
