Presidential Decree No. 75/25 approving the General Agreement on Scientific, Technical, Educational and Cultural Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Angola and the Government of the Republic of Panama.

This Presidential Decree approves the General Agreement on Scientific, Technical, Educational and Cultural Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Angola and the Government of the Republic of Panama, signed in New York on 25 September 2024. The Agreement aims at creating the general bases for the promotion of technical cooperation between the Parties, in the scientific, technical, educational and cultural fields in accordance with the applicable standards of International Law, laws and regulations in force in both countries, in accordance with their provisions, with a view to contributing to the development of their peoples. The cooperation under this Agreement shall cover the following areas: a) Technology and productive innovation; b) Environment and natural resources; c) Education; d) Culture; e) Energy; f) Agriculture; g) Health and social welfare; h) Other areas that the Parties may agree upon.
