Presidential Decree No. 8/22 regulating the National System for Monitoring, Reporting and Assessment of the Policy on Climate.

This Presidential Decree regulates the National System for Monitoring, Reporting and Assessment of the Policy on Climate (SNMRV). In particular, it will achieve its objective for climate policy, through information sharing, monitoring, reporting, assessment and reporting on the implementation of legal instruments ratified by the Republic of Angola on Climate Change. In fact, it integrates the Methodology Plan and the Database as instruments for monitoring greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, the Knowledge Management System, the Capacity Development Plan and the Control and Assurance System of Quality.
