Presidential Decree No. 82/25 approving the Plan for the Support and Promotion of Culture (PLANACULT).

This Presidential Decree approves the Plan for the Support and Promotion of Culture (PLANACULT). The Plan from a strategic perspective, is aligned with the National Development Plan (PDN 2023-2027), through the Programme for the Promotion and Revitalization of Culture. For the purposes of comparative analysis, the areas of languages, performing arts, visual and plastic arts, crafts, cultural heritage, and cinema and audiovisual media were identified in five countries, namely: Brazil, Cape Verde, Mozambique, Nigeria, and Portugal. In the case of Brazil, topics related to financing the culture sector, audiovisual training, and intangible heritage were selected. For Cape Verde, the organization of music, dance, gastronomy, crafts, and theater festivals was chosen and for Portugal, the production of statistical data on the culture sector was selected.
