Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the Table of fees to be charged for the issuance and renewal of Environmental Licences for the Environmental Impact Assessment, as well as the registration and renewal of environmental consulting companies. It applies to natural and legal persons who benefit from the provision of services related to the following licensing: Environmental Installation Licence; renewal of the Environmental Installation Licence; issuance of the Environmental Operating Licence, renewal of the Environmental Operating Licence; issuance of the Environmental De-activation Licence; annotation of Transmissions; Environmental Impact Assessment process; Environmental Audits and registration and renewal of the Certificate of Environmental Consultancy.
