Abstract
This Presidential Decree approves the Regulation of the Law on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This Regulation, consisting of 19 articles divided into four Chapters, establishes the procedures for classification, constitution, certification and accountability of these enterprises> It also defines the forms of differentiated treatment and institutional support mechanisms for MSMEs, regulating the criteria that they allow classifying a company as micro, small or medium, whose quality is obtained when registering them, through certification aiming to simplify and speed up the administrative treatment of processes and allow greater transparency in the support granted by public entities. It aims at regulating the simplified procedure of incorporation to which MSMEs have access, being the competence of the Single Company Guichet (GUE), which consists of a completed model of the simplified articles for companies, or the filling out of an application for traders.
