This Presidential Decree establishes the Classification of Communes for the Purposes of Territorial Organization and Administration, as well as the Regime for the Administration of Districts and Villages. It is applicable throughout the national territory and to all Local Government Bodies of the State, defining the management regime of infra-communal territorial circumscriptions.
