Ratification No. 10/24 approving the Southern African Development Community Protocol on Environmental Management for Sustainable Development, and guaranteeing that it will be strictly observed.

This Letter ratifies the Protocol of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) on Environmental Management for Sustainable Development, and guarantees that it will be strictly observed. The National Assembly, under the terms of the combined provisions of article 161 and article 166, both of the Constitution of the Republic of Angola, approves the above mentioned SADC Protocol, by means of Resolution No. 34/24 of 2 May and complies with the legal formalities required for its ratification.
