Abstract
This Letter ratifies the Charter creating the Regional Cooperation Centre for Fisheries Monitoring and Surveillance, and guarantees that it will be strictly observed. The National Assembly, under the terms of the combined provisions of article 161 and article 166, both of the Constitution of the Republic of Angola, approves the above mentioned Centre, by means of Resolution No. 33/24 of 2 May and complies with the legal formalities required for its ratification.
