Abstract
This Letter ratifies the Protocol on the Mining Sector in the Southern African Development Community (SADC) as firm and valid, and guarantees that it will be strictly observed. The National Assembly, under the terms of the combined provisions of article 161 and article 166, both of the Constitution of the Republic of Angola, approves the above mentioned SADC Protocol, by means of Resolution No. 23/24 of 8 April and complies with the legal formalities required for its ratification.
