Resolution No. 2/10 approving the Land Use Director Plan of Futungo de Belas.

This Decree approves the Land Use Director Plan of Futungo de Belas area. This Plan aims at regulating and establishing norms for the urbanization of the above mentioned touristic area and at the same time, preserving its historical, natural and touristic importance. This Plan establishes the phases of urbanization and land occupation o according to the policy established for this area. Several geographical maps and land use planning coordinates are attached to the text.
