Act of 9 March 2005 amending the Tyrolean Spatial Planning Act 2001 and the Tyrolean Building Code 2001.

The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Tiroler Raumordnungsgesetz 2001 (LGBl. Nr. 9372001). It rewords, inter alia, article 8 on land use planning for commercial centres; article 9 concerning proceedings for the issue of land use planning programmes; article 18 laying down provisions as to the establishment, tasks and composition of the Advisory Board; article 22 on the management of the Advisory Board. The present Act adds also a Part 4 on Regional land use planning consisting of article 23 on the establishment of planning associations and their promotion; article 24 deals with their tasks; article 25 on regional plans and programmes, and article 26 on stock taking and preliminary works; it adds also, inter alia, an article 31 on the duration of land use planning; article 64a on environmental assessment impact which amends, inter alia, article 34 on promotion of local authorities; article 43 on special areas.
