Abstract
The present Act introduces some substantial amendments to the Environment Information Act (BGBl. I No.495/1993). In particular, articles 2 dealing on Environment information, article 4 on Free access to environment information, are reworded. Moreover, an article 19 dealing with publication of Community provisions is added.
