The present Ordinance grants an additional suckler cow premium according to article 125, paragraph 5, of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003 on the common organization of the agricultural market of 21 October 2003. Article 2 names AMA (“Agrarmarkt Austria”) as responsible for the execution of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 4 articles.
